How To | Organize a Credit Request

Standard Operating Procedure to follow when organizing a credit for any reason

  1. You can request a credit for any of the following reasons:
    - POD/Delivery Issue
    - Pricing discrepancy
    - Display? 
  2. Send your CNR (Credit Note Request) to Farmland Foods by emailing sales@flf.nz
  3. Our Sales Support team will investigate the request
  4. If your credit has been approved, you will be issued a credit. 
  5. If your credit requires more information, we will contact you directly before approving the issuing of the credit. 
  6. If your credit is declined, we will contact you to request that the CNR be cancelled.
