Standard Operating Procedure to follow when transferring goods from one point to another

  1. The customer contacts Farmland Foods with what goods need collection. Please have the following information on hand and ready to provide to our team: 
    - Carton number
    - Weight
    -Product
    -Carrier details (transport company)
    - Store details
    -Contact details
  2. Our sales support team will input the information you have provided into a smartsheet. 
  3. Logistics arranges the collection, manifest, and delivery of the goods. 
  4. The freight company delivers the stock to its orignal intended destination.
